Clinical Supervision

Effective Clinical Supervision is a collaborative environment in which we can focus on your current practice, professional wellbeing and development.

I supervise individual, trauma focussed and couple work.

I have additional training in offering telephone and online therapy (chat/email/video) so I’m happy to support therapists who work in this way with the slightly different clinical requirements.

The current recommendation is that we carry out our supervision sessions in the same way as you offer therapy so please do check that you can attend in person at my address if you are working in person with clients.

If you offer a mix of online and in person therapy we can negotiate a mix in our sessions.

— EMDR Therapist

Armele’s approach is supportive but she also challenges me to be the best therapist I can be. We talked about what I wanted to get from supervision right from the start and she checks in with me regularly.
